Buda. Lajos király (Hungarie, Polonie, Dalmatie etc) meghagyja a jászai (de Jazou) konventnek, hogy Torkeu-i Rykolphus fia Lőrinc özvegye és fiai: Tamás és Leukus kérésére, mely szerint a nekik ezen Rykolphus fia Jakab által 400 forintért elzálogosított Menarth birtokot, Lanilicha (!) és Ewr birtokrészeket nagyobb biztonság kedvéért csak a király jelenlétében hajlandók visszaadni, Trochan-i Mihály királyi ember közölje ezt Jakabbal. Datum Bude, in dominica Reminiscere, anno Domini M-mo CCC-mo LXX-mo quarto. Átírva a szepesi káptalan 1374. április 29-én kelt oklevelében. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta LAJOS 1 KIRÁLY
