A szepesi (de Scepus) káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Gara-i Miklós nádor oklevele értelmében Tarkew-i Kelemen fia János fia Bertalan az általa Geche-i Péter fiai: Sebestyén és László ellen indított perben a megítélt esküt arra vonatkozólag, hogy Sebestyén és László Wyhenneng birtokának a határát Tarkew birtoka felől nem szántotta el és nem foglalta el, ötvened magával letette. Datum predicto octavo die ipsius festi Nativitatis virginis gloriose, anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo tertio.
