A szepesi (de Scepus) káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Garai- Miklós nádor oklevele értelmében Tarkew-i János fia Berthok Geche-i Sebestyén ellenében a megítélt esküt arra vonatkozólag, hogy Sebestyénnek Méthe és Mihály nevű Hennengh-i jobbágyait Hethas mezővárosból jövet nem fosztotta ki, harmadmagával letette. Datum predicto octavo die ipsius festi beati Michaelis archangeli, anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo tertio.
