Tarke-i Fogas János fia, Rikalph László a Cepus-i Lomnicza, Honczdarff, Heer, Senthkerest falvait 100 forintért elzálogosítja Tarcza-i Miklósnak, Kelemen fia, János fiának 100 forintért, védelmet ígérve testvére: Ricolphus János és saját fiai: Vilche és László ellen, ha nem tudná megvédeni, a Saros kerületben lévő Héthárson (in Septemtiliis) tartozik kárpótolni.
