Albert király /Romanorum rex semper augustus ac Hungarie, Bohemie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc rex et dux Austrie/ meghagyja Rozgon-i István pozsonymegyei /Posoniensis/ ispánnak, hogy Tarkw-i János fia Miklóstól Lomicza, Zeekchfalwa, Ewr és Zenthkerezth szepesmegyei /Scepusiensi/ részbirtokokat, melyeket Tarkw-i Rykalff László zálogosított el neki azon a címen, hogy László hűtlenségbe esett, ha a zálogolás bizonyítva van, ne merje elfoglalni. Alján papirral fedett pecsét töredéke. Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: Relatio Emerici de Peren magistri tauarvicorum. ALBERT KIRÁLY
