Ulászló király /Hungarie, Polonie, Dalmatie etc rex Lithwanieque princeps supremus et heres Russie/ érdemei fejében Tharkew-i Rikalfus fia János fia Lászlónak adományozza liptómegyei /Liptouiensi/ Naghwar lerombolt várat és tartozékait: Lipche, Luchka, Madachhaza, Tepla, Iwahnafalwa, Zakolcza, Bodogazzonhaza, Erkhaza, Nadathkahaza, Zelinche, vámmal, Tarnocz, Palfalwa, Kysbobracz, Naghbobracz, liptómegyei, Nadasd és Wzthwe Arwa megyei birtokokat, engedélyt adva arra, hogy a várat felépítse.
