A szepesi /de Scepus/ káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Paloczi László országbíró 1447. szeptember 14-én Budán kelt parancsára Nadffew-i Benedek királyi ember Szebeni /de Zybinio/ Péter karpap, káptalani kiküldött előtt Jacabffalwa birtokba zálog cimén bevezette Synefew-i Simon deákot, Hethhaz-i Jánost és Pált a szomszédok: Tothselmes-i Approd János, Tamasfalwa-i András nemesek és Gergely szebeni /de Czybynyo/ biró jelenlétében.
