A szepesi /de Scepus/ káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Rozgonyi György országbíró 1445 május 11-én Szentfalván kelt parancsára Lewkfalua-i Mihály királyi ember, Ros János kanonok, káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Farkasfalua, Naghlompnicza és Sepchfalua részbirtokokba Berzeuicze-i Péter fia Jánost a szomszédok: Farkasfaua-n Lewkfalua-i Péter, Abrahamfalua-i Ellos Miklós és Kys Péter, Naghlompnicza-n és Sepchfalua-n Kyssalok-i Borzo Miklós és Veres György előtt zálog címén bevezette. – Hátlapján pecsét nyoma.
