A szepesi (de Scepus) káptalan előtt Tarkew-i Henrik fia László fia János, a testvére: Rykolffus és Kelemen fia János fia Miklós nevében is, valamint Tarkew-i Ffogas János fia János, ezen Ffogas János fia László fia Zsigmond nevében is megállapodnak abban, hogy a Tarkew várhoz tartozó birtokok miatt folytatott perüket, ha a mostani törvénykezési időben az országos rendek, főleg Palocz-i László vagy Hwnyad-i János kormányzó jelen lesznek, azoknak békebírói döntése alá bocsájtják. – Hátlapján pecsét nyoma.
