Az egri (Agriensis) káptalan előtt Farkas György budai (Budensis) polgár a Kewer Miklós váradi (Waradiensis) polgár özvegye Ilona és gyermekei a saját felesége: Margit, Zathmar-i Tamás deák felesége: Borbála, Albert és Dorottya nevében is nyugtatja Berzewincze-i Poharnok Istvánt 125 juh átadásáról, melyeket az Kewer Miklósnak járó tartozása fejében fizetett, amely adósság miatt Kewer Miklós özvegye és gyermekei az esztergomi (Strigoniensis) vikárius előtt pert folytattak ellene.
