Palocz-i László országbíró meghagyja Borsodmegyének, /Borsodiensi/, hogy Berseuiche-i Poharnak István és fia István panasza tárgyában, mely szerint Cheche-i Ethre István ”una cum Johanne Magno, Andrea More, Jacobo Thornay et Ambrosio Kysthny dictis familiaribus et jobagionibus suis in prefata possessione Abran commorantibus az ő borsodmegyei Nyarad nevű birtokukra jöve Nyarad birtok mellett Naghuilghy Albert és Naghvelghi Barnabás, Tamás és Pál nevü jobbágyaikat megverték, tartson vizsgálatot.
