Nagyszombat, V. p. Francisci. Tudatja a káptalannal, hogy Malomwyz-i Kendeffy Miklós és János összes javait, akik a kiadványban név szerint felsorolt személyeket megölték és ezért minden birtokuk a királyra szállott, illetve a király által eladományozható, Bethlen-i Balázs királyi kamarásnak adományozta, egyben elrendeli nevezett birtokbavezetését.
