Hunyadi János besztercei örökös ispán és királyi főkapitány Vingarti Geréb Jánosnak, Gewrgen vára várnagyának a Kyzd-i Sandrinnak. A király nevében parancsolja nekik, hogy Bethlen-i Mártont és nővérét: Borbála hajadont birtokaikkal együtt vegyék védelmükbe. – Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét maradványa.
