A király szolgálatában szerzett, felsorolt érdemei jutalmazására Bezered-i György fiának: Zsigmondnak és édestestvérének: Jánosnak visszaadja a tőlük elfogalt Veszprém megyei Lewrenthe possessiót, egyben nekik adományozza a benne levő esetleges királyi jogot is. Szöveg felett jobbról és pecsét alatt kancelláriai feljegyzés. Hátlapján egyk. címszó: Lewrynthew. Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét nyomai. ULÁSZLÓ 1 KIRÁLY
