A leleszi konvent bizonyítja, hogy Fyzeser-i István fia Péter édesnővérének, Ilona asszonynak és még hajadon nővéreinek leánynegyede fejében Fyzeser possessióban levő atyai részének a negyedrészét nekik átadja és ehhez osztályostestvére: Bokocha fia Dezső is hozzájárul. Eredeti, hártya, hátlapján rányomott pecsét maradványa. Zemplén megye: Füzesér helység, leánynegyed kiadása természetben. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) LELESZI KONVENT
