Sáros megye bizonyítja, hogy a Procz-i László és név szerint felsorolt társai panaszára kiküldött megyei szolgabíró tanúvallatással megállapította, hogy Raslawicza-i János fiai: Péter és György jobbágyai a panaszosok öröklött jogú szántóföldjeit Herman possessióban hatalmaskodva elfoglalták és élik jelenleg is.
