(in crastino Barnabe) [Az egri káptalan]* emlékezetül adja (datum pro memoria), hogy Aas-i Hescen fia: Guke Aas terra-ban bírt részének felét minden haszonvételével 3 márkáért elzálogosította Barnabás-naptól (jún. 11.) számított egy év tartamára Peree-i Chendurnuk/Chudurnuk fiának: Miklósnak; ha a kitűzött időre nem tudná visszaváltani, köteles lesz azt a káptalan privilégiumával Miklósnak elidegeníteni (perpetuare).
