Pius pápa meghagyja a pécsi és veszprémi püspököknek, hogy a pécsváradi konvent között egy részről és az esztergomi káptalan között más részről Newegh prédium bortizedjei miatt folyó perben az esztergomi káptalan javára hozott itéletet vizsgálják felül és ha úgy látják, hogy a konventet megfosztották ősi jogaitól, úgy a tizedeket részére állítsák vissza.
