A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Zygeth-i Sebestyén fai Ferenc az általa véletlenül elkövetett emberölés vérdíja kifizetése céljából atyjától a Vas megyei Zygethy possessióban rá maradt részt, a possessió harmadát, 10 arany forint örök áron osztályostestvéreinek, Zygethy-i Miklós fiainak: Gergelynek, Benedeknek és Mihálynak eladta. Eredeti, hártya, első 10 sora középen hiányos, elmosódott írású + F. p. elveszett. CSORNAI KONVENT
