A budai káptalan jelenti Hunyadi János kormányzónak, hogy 1452. június 22-i parancsára az ahhoz mellékelt levelet kézbesítették az esztergomi káptalannak, illetve az abban megnevezett plébánosoknak, mint executoroknak és ezek az esztergomi káptalan között egy részről és a pécsváradi apátság között más részről vita alatt álló Newegh predium bortizedjei perének állásáról és álláspontjukról a jelentésben foglalt tájékoztatást adták.
