A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Zowath-i Bodonhely-i András felesége: Katalin és Zerechen-i Szilveszter özvegye: Ágota asszonyok – Zerechen-i Makws Jakab leányai – egyrészről és Takach-i Sebestyén fia Pál felesége: Ilona asszony – Musny-i Miklós fia Lukács leánya – más részről a második fél atyjára: Lukácsra a Musny possessióban szállt rész miatt folyó perben – fogott bírák közbenjöttével – a birzonyságlevélben foglalt békés egyességet kötötték.
