Pálóczi Lászó országbíró előtt megjelentek egyrészről Perényi János fia János, másrészről nagyidai Modrar Pál özvegye, Anna, harmadsorban Bwman Miklós kassai polgár, ahol Perényi János bejelentette, hogy bár az özvegynek 1000 forinttal tartozik, de mivel annak egykori ura az abaújmegyei Wynar-Nempthy és Gwtha birtokot Bwman Miklós kassai polgárnak zálogosította el 400 arany forint értékben, ezeket ő az özvegy részére Bwman Miklóstól visszaválthatja, amiért az özvegy Perényi Jánost 400 forintért nyugtatja.
