NO. 1. et NB. lászló báthai bencés apát a pápai követtől nyert hatalmánál fogva Kisvárdai Miklós özvegyének, Katalinnak teljes búcsút engedélyez, és hogy választhat lelkiatyát, aki őt minden bűntől, még a pápának fenntartott esetektől is feloldozhatja /a formula mellékelve/, ha megfelelően áldoz a cseh husziták elleni háborura.
