A pécsi káptalan jelenti Károly királynak, hogy mandátuma értelmében a királyi ember a káptalan hites személy jelenlétében néhai Henrik fia: Péter mester, bodrogi ispán, Zekchu s Dewch nevű birtokára ment és ott Pétert meg jobbágyait eltiltotta Tetut és Wegzeus mesterek Helteluk, Dustelek s Byene birtokai használatától.
