Az esztergomi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Bechey-i Imre mester fia: Vessceus mester elengedi a Sember-i Ipolitus és fiai: Mihály meg László által neki a Baath-i vámosának okozott összes károkat, őket e tekintetben nyugatja, a vonatkozó okleveleket érvényteleníti, ezzel szemben Ipolitus és fiai kötelezik magukat, hogy Sember birtokra szomszédság címén Vesscees mesterrel szemben nem emelnek igényt.
