Hont megye hatósága bizonyítja, hogy a megyegyűlés előtt Morouchuk ispán kapitány eltiltotta Truboch Mártont, testvérét: Lampertet és fiaikat: Balázst és Jakabot és mindenki mást Sember és Bagyan birtokaik eladásától, mivel mint főbenjáró büntetésben elmarasztaltaknak a vagyona őt illeti.
