A sági konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Vezzeus mester, Saskuu-i várnagy nevében előadták, hogy Loránd fia: Miklós, felesége és fia: Leukus Sember-ben levő birtokrészüket eladták örök áron a nevezett Vezzeus mesternek, következőleg ez az eladott birtokrész az eladók részére sem bírói ítélet, sem bírságolás tárgya többé nem lehet.
