A budai káptalan előtt Rwzkai Kornys Boldizsár és Eethi Kornys János özvegye, Margit bejelentést tesznek, hogy jóllehet Margit úrnő ura halála után az összes birtokokból neki járó leánynegyed és nászajándék címén megkapta a Pest megyei Eeth birtokot, azt mint özvegy nem tudván megvédelmezni, védőjéül fogadta Kornys Boldizsárt; ha pedig férjhez megy, a leány negyed elnyerése után egészen átadja neki.
