Bude. in festo invencionis s. Crucis. László, csázmai prépost, kápolnaispán és titkos kancellár bizonyítja, hogy előtte Byryeg-i Farkas István fiai: Demeter és Magnus Péter a maguk, anyjuk: Margit valamint édestestvérük: Bertalan nevében kötelezték magukat, hogy ha valamikor Byryeg birtokban levő részüket el akarnák bármi módon idegeníteni, akkor senki másnak, csak Teuteus, királyi ajtónálló mesternek idegenítik el.
