A pécsváradi konvent Tuteus-nak, a királyi ajtónállók mesterének, Lewa-i és óbudai várnagynak, a monostorral szemben tett szolgálatait jutalmazni kívánván, 20 évre bérbe adja neki 20 márkáért a konvent Baranya megyei Mytar nevű birtokát, kivéve a tizedet és az extraneusoktól járó hegyjogot.
