quinquagesimo secundo die Congregationis nostrae. Cseh Péter és Ujlaki István macsói bánok bizonyítják, hogy Baranya vármegye Nagfalw közelében október 2-án tartott közgyűlésén Bathmonostra-i Theuthes László fia: László panaszára Maroth-i János bán Bodolai-i várnagyát, Zechen-i Poth dictus Pétert, aki kb. hét éve a panaszos Lak-i birtokáról 500 kereszt gabonát vitetett el erőszakkal, elmarasztalja.
