A tinnini káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy Iwan Miltinichnek, Dalmát- és Horvátország locumtenensének a kérésére (kelt júl. 25-én) kiküldte testimoniumat. A káptalani és királyi emberek Frangepán János megbízottaival Othochach várába mentek uruk ősi jogainak a kikérésére, de ott Frangepán István bán, továbbá Bertalan, Márton és Zsigmond grófok teljesen elutasító választ adtak.
