Bebek Imre ispán kir. országbíró felszólítja a szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalant, hogy vizsgálják ki Lubeley-i Jakow fia: Péter és unokaöcscse: György fia: László panaszát, amely szerint rokonaik Lubeley-i Philpus fiai: Miklós, Bálint és Péter ki akarják őket forgatni Lubeley-i birtokrészükből. Kijelölt királynéi emberek: Turan-i Péter fia: Pál, Malatyn-i Gergely, Turan-i Tamás fia: Bálint, Berthalemfyaytul-i Mihály deák és Benekfalua-i Lőrinc.
