Az aradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Szeri Pósa mester a neki László alnádor által megítélt esküt a saját személyében Jaank-i Miklós mester jobbágya, Iwan-i Tamás fia András ellenében letette arra vonatkozólag, hogy Tyza János nem volt famulusa.
