Gerse-i Pethew János Lajos király magister curie-a Gerse-i Pethew György, Tamás és Ferencnek. Thadica vára ügyéről, ill. a ”gubernator”-ral folytatott, a levélben részletesen előadott, pénzügyi alkudozásokról, melyeknek eredményeképp ”omnia iura illius castri ad manus nostras asignare de cartula ad cartulas ... et insuper nos cum sanctissimo papa confirmari facit.” – A hajtások mentén szakadt, dilettáns módon ragasztva. – Gyűrűs zárópecsét maradványa. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy).
