Buda – 3. d. Bartholomei. I. Lajos király tudatja a bácsi káptalannal Szentszalvátori István fia Simon panaszát, amely szerint Berzethe Miklós mester cinkosaival Cherygh possessiójára tört, ott társaival együtt három napig maradt és ez idő alatt a határ összes gabonáját lekaszálták és a szőlőket lerombolták és Péter nevű jobbágyot halálosan megsebesítettek; elrendeli egyben a panasz tárgyában a tanúvallatást.
