Anna királyné meghagyja Óbuda város hatóságának, hogy azt az ítéletüket, amelyet Szűcs (Pellifex) Péter óbudai polgár és Polgár Gál fia: Simon polgár között folyt ügyben hoztak, terjesszék fel ”ad curiam et personam nostram”, késedelem nélkül ” ad unum bertum et brevem terminum”, ”civitatis nostre consuetudine requirente”. – A szöveg alatt balra apróbetűs, könnyed írással: ”commissio propria domine Regine”. – A szöveg alá nyomott pecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy).
