IV. p. Judica. A bácsi káptalan I. Lajos királynak. Garai Miklós macsói bán 1362. január 31-i parancsára Baranya megyében a királyi ember tanúvallatást tartott és a kihallgatott tanúk vallomásaiból bebizonyosodott, hogy a Szentszalvátori Dénes által előadott hatalmaskodás úgy történt meg, amint azt a mandátum tartalmazza. Eredeti,csonka szöveg, papír, első hajtásnál 2 forintos nagyságú hiány, zárópecsét maradványa. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) BÁCSI KÁPTALAN
