Szécsi Miklós országbíró a Karapch, László, Miklós, Layk és Miklós ”olachi” perét Zeud-i Pósa fiai: István és Miklós és Orsolya asszony, a nevezett Pósa fia Balázs leánya ellen az aradi káptalan perbehívásról szóló jelentésében foglalt ügyben Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.) halasztja, mivel az alperesek ügyvédje ilyen fontos ügyben megbízói tanácsa nélkül nem tud felelni.
