4. d. f. II. p. Ramispalmarum. 1364. február 8-i parancsára a királyi ember Márk fia Petőt felszólította, hogy a Telekus possessióban általa zálogban bírt részt a zálogösszeg ellenében adja vissza Telekus-i Miklósnak, mivel ezt azonban nem volt hajlandó megtenni, így őt Makua possessióból (Vas megye) Telekus-i Miklós ellenében március 3-ra a királyi prézencia elé perbe idézték.
