Visegrád. 26. d. oct. Michaelis. Bebek István országbíró megbírságolja az Arad megyéből való Chalya-i Chulak Demeter özvegyét, mert Szent Mihály nyolcadán (okt. 6.) Tofaya possessió statuciójánál bejelentett ellentmondása miatt indult perben Szeri Pósa fiai: Balázs, István és Miklós mesterek, valamint Szeri László fiai: János és Pál ellenében perben sem maga nem jelent meg, sem ügyvédet nem küldött.
