Buda. 50. d. oct. Epiphan. Gimesi Forgách János fia Miklós mester felperes és Lévai Cseh Péter alperes között Saag, más néven Thelges, Sarow, Feguernek, Lyssow, Thessewr, Lythwarch s Gyvgd possessiók birtokjogáért folyó perben, miután a felperes nevében bemutatták Garai Miklós nádor 1412. október 24-i bírságoló levelét, a sági konvent 1401. augusztus 16-i, a váci káptalan 1245. február 21-i és I. Károly király 1317. november 3-i kiadványait, az alperes bizonyító iratainak bemutatása céljából új terminusnak Szent György nyolcadát (máj. 1.) tűzi ki a nádor.
