Zenthmartonfys-i György fia László a maga és György meg János nevű testvérei nevében, továbbá Zenthmartonfys-i Kendi János özvegye Kathlen asszony fia: Miklós nevében is, Zenthmartonfys possessió harmadrészét (Komárom m.), amely miatt ellenük Zentmartonfys-i Rufus Tamás dédunokája: Margit asszony Bars megye közgyűlésén pert indított, átengedték és visszaadták e Margit asszonynak, mert a birtok a két felet egyenlően illette.
