A pozsonyi káptalan előtt Themesken-i Bálint, Pozsony vár várnagya, protestál azért, mert várnagytársa, Gimesi Forgách Péter - Rozgonyi János famulusa - egy István nevű apostata monachus segítségével, aki laikus ruhában jár, és szintén familiárisa Rozgonyi Jánosnak, napról napra szaporítja a várban a cseh és más stipendiáriusokat azzal a céllal, hogy a várat a maga kezébe kaparintsa az egész ország nagy kárára. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét nyomai. - Kissé szakadozott, vízfoltos.
