Az országnagyok Rozgonyi Ozsvát perét, melyet a fehérvári káptalan tanuvallatásról és perbehívásról szóló jelentésében foglalt ügyben Rozgonyi János, Chaplar-i Isthen Demeter és Lukács és név szerint felsorolt többi társaik ellen indított, Hunyadi János kormányzó parancsára Szent Mihály nyolcadára elhalasztja /okt. 6./ - Első 3 sorában egy szónyi hiány. - Piros viaszú zárópecsét maradv.
