6. d. execucionis prenotate. A nyitrai káptalan jelenti II. Lajos királynak, hogy Hedvig Tescheni hercegnőnek és Zapolyai György szepesi grófnak szóló 1518. jan. 31-én kelt parancslevelét a káptalan embere, NaghSarlo-i Mihály mester márc. 14-én Trencsén várában kézbesítette.
