A turóci Szűz Mária-monostor konventje bizonyítja, hogy Neczpal-i Balázs özvegye, jelenleg Kyslompnicza-i Mihály (nemes) felesége (néhai Sczewnicza-i Miklós leánya): Ágnes a neki elhunyt ura valamennyi magyarországi birtokából járó hitbér és jegyajándék megfizetése felől nyugtatta a Wygles várában lakó (residens) Cussaw-i Jodok fiát: Andrást (egr.), akinél a birtokok zálogban vannak. - Papíron, hátlapjára nyomott pecsét kis darabjával.
