Mátyás király Wigles-i Justh András (egr.), ennek fia: János és néhai Neczpal-i Balázs hajadon leánya: Zsófia kérésére megparancsolja a turóci egyház konventjének, hogy adják ki a Neczpal-i Balázs bevallásáról szóló azt az oklevelüket, amelyet kellő időben elmulasztottak kiváltani, és a konvent most vonakodott nekik kiadni. - Átírta a turóci konvent 1486. november 4-én kelt oklevelében. - Haan-Zsilinszky, Békésmegyei oklt. 106. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 344.
