Bathor-i István országbíró kéri a turóci egyház konventjét, küldje ki megbízottját, akinek jelenlétében Turóc megye egyik választott esküdtje - mint királyi ember - iktassa be Vegles-i Jwsth Andrást (egr.), ennek fiát: Jánost és néhai Nezpal-i Balázs hajadon leányát: Zsófiát néhai Nezpal-i Balázs Jahodnik/Jahodnyk-i birtokrészébe Turóc megyében, mert az őket Nezpal-i Balázs bevallása alapján zálogjogon megilleti. - Átírta a turóci konvent 1487. szeptember 23-án kelt jelentésében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 350.
