(IV. in Joh. bapt.). A turóci Szűz Mária-monostor konventje bizonyítja: Kalno-i néhai Etre (dicti) Benedek fia: Péter kiskorúsága és tanulmányai miatt (tum propter tenere etatis sue inhabilitatem, tum vero et maxime propter scolastice discipline gimnasia capescenda) nem tudja birtokai védelmét ellátni, ezért Kysfalud, Elhotha, Kalno, Mwleg, Vylak és Petre Nógrád megyei birtokonon levő részeit minden tartozékukkal és haszonvételükkel átadta Vigles-i Jwsth Andrásnak (egr.) azzal,hogy nagykorúságáig minden tekintetben ő viselje gondjukat. - Papíron, hátlapján pecsét nyomával.
